Our stay was excellent from beginning to end. We arrived way before check in time and the front desk made it possible to have our room earlier than check in time. We had lunch at the Pink Hermit outdoors, service was excellent and so was the food and drinks. Our room was gorgeous and the view was stunning. We toured Nashville on our own and with the suggestions of manager, Jordan; the bars and restaurants were great! Dinner at Druise & Barr was amazing: delicious food, drinks, personal attention and a surprise birthday cake from management. Rapid room service and overall an amazing experience being spoiled; staff made us feel like celebrities. Thank you to all personnel at Hermitage we'll be back!
